not what i expected

it is so thin and not at all what i expected it to be and it feels like its made of yarn and not cotton the colors arent as bright as the pic either! its okay and i can get used to it but not what i expected!

I got this Duvet cover for my 16th birthday and 5 years latter it still looks like the day I bought it. Just moved into my first apartment and my bedding still looks edgy. This is a little more expensive but the quality is something you wont find anywhere else

Great for college dorm

My daughter used this last year in her dorm washes without colors fading looks new for this year too! Lots of compliments from friends. Comfortable and great colors to pull for decorating room. Found t-shirt sheets in many complimentary colors pink, orange, blue and green for bed and drapes.

College Bound Bedding . . .

My daughter leaves for college on Saturday. We've looked high and low in serach of dorm bedding that she likes - to no avail! She's always loved the duvet cover, Pura Vida, she's had on her queen sized bed (since 6th grade!) but she needed something in twin size to fit her dorm bed. She was elated (and I was relieved!) to look on the PB Teen website and see Pura Vida still available! It's a superior quality duvet cover (she uses without the duvet). We have washed her queen size cover numerous times over the years and I can honestly say there appears to be no color loss (we have an extra "rarely washed" sham to compare). Thank you PBTeen! We should have started on your website first. It would have saved us a lot of time and frustration! We'll be back!!!

So nice, I bought it twice!

I bought this comforter in the 7th grade when it first came out on PBTeen. It is still very vibrant and bright, and gives so many options for matching with other bedroom accessories. I can change sheets whenever I'm looking for something new, and they'll always match. It is a good thick quality, and does not fray or fall apart. It is kind of heavy, but you can fill the duvet with a light blanket if it gets too hot. Now, I am going to college, and don't want to be without this comforter, so I am buying it again so I can have it in my dorm! It's perfect for a dorm, because with all the color options, I KNOW it'll match everyone else's stuff somehow! :) Excellent product, so glad I've purchased it!

Way too heavy!

Bought this for my daughter mainly because we were trying to match the green walls of her room. Color matched great but the duvet is way too heavy! It adds way too much bulk when used with a down comforter. Takes away from the fluffy nature of the down with the heavy fabric. Should have returned it but daughter loved the stripe.

So heavy!

I got this duvet cover years ago. I love the bold pattern. It is great quality and it has held up very nicely. However, it is super heavy! It weighs close to 6 pounds. I go through phases of taking it off my bed so I can enjoy the lighter feeling. I would not buy this again if I had a second chance.
